Project coordination (freelance) wanted for the Musica Viva festival (01.07.-31.10.)
For the organizational implementation of our Musica Viva festival, we are currently looking for a reliable and experienced individual to support the festival management.
Period:
From now until October 31, 2025
Your tasks:
Supporting the artistic director in the organization and implementation of the festival
Coordination of processes and communication with artists, partners and service providers
Participation in the scheduling
Supervision of the venues and coordination with technology and logistics
Organization of individual areas of responsibility by arrangement
Accompanying the events on site
You bring with you:
Experience in the organization of cultural events
Careful, structured way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
An interest in classical music or new music is an advantage

Call for applications: Helpers wanted for the Musica Viva 2025 festival!
The traditional Musica Viva festival is celebrating its 35th edition in 2025 under new artistic direction and with a fresh, innovative program. In order to run the festival smoothly, we are looking for reliable, committed and flexible helpers on an hourly basis to support our team in the organization and implementation.
Your tasks:
– Distribution of posters and flyers in and around Osnabrück
– Dispatch campaigns and light office work
– Support with set-up and dismantling as well as transportation of materials
-Shuttle services for artists and guests
– Support with admission and audience management at events
You bring with you:
– Enjoy music, culture and event work
– Reliability, ability to work in a team and independence
– Flexibility in working hours (especially in the period from 24.09. to 05.10.2025)
– Driving license class B (an advantage, but not mandatory)
